To My Good Friends

100th Post

I would like to dedicate my 100th post to my friends. I know it took almost two years to complete this many. I admire all of you that post every day, I don't know how you do it but I admire you for doing so. Hohray, I guess this make me a grown up blogger now. So I am posting a friendship poem just for all of you.

A friend is like a flower, a rose to be exact,
or maybe like a brand new gate, that never comes unlatched.
A friend is like an owl, both beautiful and wise.
Or perhaps a friend is like a ghost, whose spirit never dies.
A friend is like a heart that goes strong until the end.
Where would we be in this world if we didn't have a friend.

Congratulations, I've never paid any attention to how many post I have done. LOL I post ahead, that way I have some day I don't make any post because I might be a week ahead.

Love the poem, that pretty much describes a friend. My friend I have had the longest is a lady, Martha Jane, we met in fifth grade and we're still friends after all these years.

Congratulations, my dear blogger friend Margaret! :)

I feel the same way about the wonderful people I've met through blogging and I'm with you - I can't keep up with blogging every day. It's very time consuming and with my other writing, working, taking care of a family, etc., I do well to write something on the blog a couple times a week nowdays.

Blessings to you always,
Linda

Happy week-end, sun is shining at the moment, temp is about 35 and it will soon be time to think of something to prepare for supper/dinner.

Think we'll have all beef smoked sausage, fried potatoes and salad. I tried to do a little cleaning today, by that I mean running the sweeper, dustmop, shaking rugs and dusting a little. No Spring cleaning. Have a load of clothes in the dryer, so I'm starting to run out os steam. LOL
