SCAMS

There are a lot of scams going around and a lot is through emails. I would like to let my blogger friends know that I would never ask any of you for money or borrow anything. If you ever receive an email from me asking for money or anything else==PLEASE= contact me so I can report it. I have received emails lately that have asked this question of me.

Thank you.

Hi Margaret,
I am aware that there are so many scams...I won't ask anyone either and hope that it doesn't happen to anyone.
Warmly,
deb

Scams are awful aren't they? I hardly ever email any one, I just comment on the blogs. Thanks for the warnings.

I have a blog post about scams on queue. There are too many out there! I've been hit several times and even fell for some. Sigh.

I don't trust people easily so I've never fallen for anything. I particularly hate those scammers though because they often target older people and I always worry about my parents falling for something. Thanks for the good advice, Margaret. :)

If only the scammers would take their no good ways and turn it into do good ways. How nice that would be. :)

The same goes for me, Margaret. I get phone calls every day trying to get information and such. I just hang up on them. Thanks for coming by.

Dear Margaret ~~ Thanks for the warning and yes there are so many scams around. Pity these people didn't have something better to do with their time.
The weather here has settled down a lot - just as well - as well as the floods and cyclone we have had a bad bushfire is West
Australia where over 70 homes were burnt to the ground. So a lot of rebuilding to do. Have a nice weekend, my friend.
Take care, Loe, Merle.

I have noticed a lot of lottery things coming through the emails saying we won all this money, I just delete them. Like the old saying goes, "If it looks to good to be true, it isn't true." Thanks for the post of warning to us today, Margaret.
