I didn't even think about it when we first moved here. He said he thought I was tearing the joint apart and I was only making his coffee.

When our son was little he burned himself on the water heater and I didn't even know he did it because he didn't cry or say anything. The water heater was not out of sight like they are today. It was kind of a bad burn as left a prodominate blister. When I took him to the doctor I told him I wonder if he feels any pain cause he didn't yell or cry. When you broke the blister, he did both. Goodness, it looks like I have some catching up to do here with your story.caspersmomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08181735701966287433noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7291036096319705346.post-62293527318588956642009-03-14T10:35:00.000-04:002009-03-14T10:35:00.000-04:00Hi Margaret and Charles! I once had a similar experience. I was fixing lunch and my son was sitting in the kitchen playing on the floor and the next thing I know I couldn't find him. I hunted everywhere or so I thought. I called for help. When my husband came in for lunch he started to look and he found him in bed asleep on a bedroom off the kitchen. I somehow missed seeing him when I looked in there.

Will be looking forward to the next story of your life.

Ann Gigi Annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08092019687497845746noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7291036096319705346.post-5313999594545948412009-03-10T14:43:00.000-04:002009-03-10T14:43:00.000-04:00My goodness you did move a lot those first few yea...My goodness you did move a lot those first few years. I've often thought perhaps we didn't move enough. We started out in a furnished two room apartment, then went to a three room, with a basement furnished apartment, even the basement could be used during the hot weather. Then we moved to a small house in a small town, lived there five years and then came to this house, it will be 47 years this coming Dec. I don't think I could handle moving too often. LOL

What a shame and surprise about the young boy named Phil and yes what a tragedy. Does make you wonder why, what really set him off. I wonder if he's still in prison or perhaps dead himself.

Will be waiting to hear about the next pregnancy.

You certainly do have some memories.Pattyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16106461789118388241noreply@blogger.com
