Mom, you will always be my Valentine.
My son Doug made me the most beautiful Valentines card and I received it today. If it were not for Doug, I could not blog with all my good friends. I have learned that there are people in the world that are not like my Aunt that raised me, there is love out there just waiting to be snatched up and held so perecious to the heart.
I thank my son for giving me the chance as he says "to come into the 21st century", and explore the internet, which has the world at your hands. Thank you my son, I love you and the card, which is so beautiful because you made it from your heart and not from a store.

And I bet your son is so proud of you Margaret for all your accomplishments with your blog!
What a good son you have; and that's a testament to his raisin'! :)
What a beautiful card from your son, how proud you must be of him.
Thanks for the visit and the comment, It may sound sad but I have such happy memories that I could not be unhappy on Valentines Day, I write from the heart whether it comes over that I'm sad I can assure you I am very happy......I'm alive.
Have a good week and take care.

Wow. I am impressed. He is a gifted dude too. And he knew what you all would like and got you started and now you have friends all over the world. Nice.
Here in Ohio where we live it has snowed all day. Patty used the snow blower to remove it again and again. LOL She did a god job.
Dear Margaret, those are the best kind, the handmade/homemade cards, with the persons own words, not something ready made. We Mother's always seem to treasure those cards the most. Congratulations on rearing your son to a fine young man.
It's snowing (again) did get to the eye surgeon and back home before it got too deep, daughter drove me, then we stopped off at grocery to pick up a few items to run the rest of the week. I'm sure I will have to snow blow again in the morning. But it certainly is a lot easier for me then shoveling and I enjoy doing it. Have a grand evening and keep warm. Love, Patty
Those cards 'from the heart' are even more special aren't they Margaret? I enjoy the ones from the store but the ones that are specially made especially like this from your son, is a treasure amongst all others. It's beautiful. Thanks so much for stopping by and I am so glad you have the setting that I can actually publish a comment on. Thanks Margaret and I hope you had a wonderful Valentine's Day.
That is very beautiful AND more treasured than any store bought card.

Dear Margaret ~~ Beautiful card,
made by a loving son. I am so glad
he set you up as a blogger, as my brother did for me. Now we both
enjoy meeting and making friends from all over the world. We enjoy
it so much and it is a big part of my life. I went to Dr. today and had my meds increased again.
So I hope they help this time.
Take care, my friend.Love, Merle.
What a wonderful son you have! I know he is proud of his mother and all that you have accomplished. I love your card he made for you. I am happy for you.
Thanks everyone for the kind comments. My Mom is worth more than any words on a card could ever express. I am thankful that she has found so many wonderful friends and fellow bloggers using her computer. It was the main reason I gave it to her. I am very proud of you, Mom :)
