Some of us has not felt the effect of Spring yet, but it is coming very slowly. After all March is a very flicked month.
Spring is a great time of the year, winter is gone and now we can cheer.
Looking forward to summer, leaving behind the past,
in a short time, glorious weather at last.
Spring brings us flowers and life anew, all sorts of animals there to bid us ado
Spring gives us budding and trees that will turn green,
Giving us a place where their welcome shade can be seen.
Winter weather rises to a pleasing temp,
Spring is truly a time that's heaven sent
Spring passes quickly in weeks but a few,
and summer burst in with all things anew.

Wonderful description of spring, we have had a few lovely days , perhaps it's a sample of what's to come.
Thanks for calling by.
Have a good week/
Yvonne.
I miss the glory of spring so much. We get some rainy weather in spring here, but that's about it. Spring in the midwest was my favorite time.
Spring is beautiful here, this is the best time of the year .Hope you are doing great ....have missed you !
It's been lovely here - in the low 70s and very springlike. The leaves are coming out this week and flowers have begun to grow. Yet, March is what it is in Illinois with snow flurries in the forecast by the end of the week. Of course, next week at this time I won't care, because we'll be in Gulf Shores, Alabama enjoying Sarah's spring break. :)
Hi Margaret!
Still have SNOW here...but I'm thinking of spring! Can't wait to see the green grass and smell the spring air!
Warmly,
deb
Hey Margaret, Yep...three cheers for Spring! I just did a blog post for Saturday on our pink Spring blooming tree. I hope to get some decent photos of the booth. The lighting is so bad there and I haven't figured out how to do my camera settings for there but hopefully soon. I will be redoing the booth for the Spring Open House coming up soon. Old bunnies and watering cans. xoxo
I thank God just to be alive to enjoy any season that comes my way nowadays. But I have to admit Springtime is the best :-)
Hello Margaret,
Lovely poem on the arrival of spring. Spring is a wonderful season bringing hope, life, greenery, singing birds and lovely flowers.
Best wishes,
Joseph
Hi Margaret ~~ A great welcome poem for Spring and I hope it is there very soon.
I hope your bank of garden flowers will
grow again. Glad you liked the jokes and the Parrot one was good, Rottweiler looked
vicious. I am pleased that you enjoyed all the jokes and stories. Take care, my friend.
Love, Merle.
Thank you for the lovely poem.
Things are starting to bloom all over here in Florida. The only thing that I am waiting for is my magnolia out front. I can't wait for that to flower, once it does, then I know that it is truly spring.
Hope you are enjoying your week.
HUGS!
Hello Maragret, You are in spring as we are in autumn, its a strange but wonderful world. I wonder at the name of this Blog...Old Digger.. Digger is the Ozzie nickname for soldier. Either that or Cobber..
Do you know of Sepia Saturday??Its a great site with a link up for old photos and great stories. Have a great day.
