Summer==lazy days, sunburns, picnics and swimming and the Fourth of July.
Autumn (Fall)==falling leaves, crisp nights, harvest time, school and Thanksgiving.
Winter==falling snow, sledding, hayrides, cool crisp mornings, Jack Frost and Christmas.

I am so glad you liked the story of Cheyenne
and also the Homework joke. Chuch was too tired. Take care, my friend, Love, Merle.

Thanks for the great quotes Margaret, enjoyed them very much. I love the Fall too, and am enjoying the cooler evenings. We keep the windows open at night now, those that are not easily accessible from the outside I quickly add :) Hope you are having a wonderful weekend.

Good morning. Love all the sayings from the new calendar. My favorite time of year is late Spring, when it still isn't too hot and everything is turning green and blooming. Fall is a sad time to me, why I'm not sure, except I was born in Oct. LOL Winter is depressing, it's cold with snow and ice. Summer is ok, but usually gets very hot and everything keeps needing mowed or trimmed. LOL Shame there isn't someplace where it's like late Spring year round.
